The winner project of the competition, organized by the City of Paris, is an underground parking lot with the capacity of 600 vehicles on 6 levels below the Cardinet Street. It also includes a landscaped promenade on the street level of 21000 m2, in the heart of Paris, reaching the depth of 22 m under a street without closing the traffic was a big challenge to achieve.
