The project is the renovation of an historical building owned by TUSIAD. The program includes the reconfiguration of the main entrance, a new meeting room and a new conference hall equipped with today’s technology. The main challenge in the design of the conference hall was to create a feeling of natural light source, as it is located on the basement floor. On the sidewalls, custom made wooden poles inspired from the curves of a curtain, decorates the room and the indirect lightning behind them gives an impression of the presence of windows.
