The project gathers, on the same land, a group of buildings of workshops, offices and community facilities whose purpose is to provide a friendly and high performance new business area in Martinique for the practice of their activities. The architecture of the buildings are designed in order to integrate the extreme weather conditions of the island and to get profit of its natural energy sources such as photovoltaic sensors, recycling rainwater, etc.
