The project is a mixed-use development including a commercial center and Offices in the heart of the city of forte de France. “The Courperrinon” respons to the concern of the municipality to modernize the city center by reconciling the goal of integrating the new district to existing patrimony. the local colonical architecture was a big inspiration in designing this building with some modern lines and materials. A set of local colors was used to break the lenght of the facades so the building could integrate perfectly to texture of the existing urban design.
